What is included in each pricing plan?
Every plan includes structured piano or guitar lessons, a personalized practice plan, and progress feedback from your instructor. Higher tiers add more lessons per month and additional support for performance or exam preparation.
Can I switch between piano and guitar lessons?
Yes, students on the Advanced plan can split lessons between piano and guitar. Starter and Standard plans are focused on one instrument, though you can switch instruments at the start of a new billing month if needed.
Do you offer trial or single lessons before committing to a plan?
Yes, we offer a single introductory lesson for new students so you can meet your instructor and confirm the plan suits your goals before enrolling in a monthly package.
How does payment and billing work?
Plans are billed monthly and can be paid in cash or via bank transfer at our Luxor location. We ask for payment at the start of each billing cycle to reserve your regular lesson slots.
What happens if I miss a lesson?
We understand schedules can change. Missed lessons can be rescheduled within the same month with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to instructor availability.
Are lessons suitable for both children and adults?
Yes, our pricing plans apply to students of all ages, from young beginners to adult learners. Lesson content and pacing are adjusted based on age and prior experience during your introductory session.
